What is Customer Self Care?

freenet Customer Self Care allows you to manage your own account details 24 hours a day.

Your unique freenet user ID and password is used to access a secure area of the freenet website in which you are able to update your personal details and view past freenet usage reports.

You may also change your password for dial and email access in this area.

NOTE: online usage viewing is currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

If you are moving location, please note that you will need to update the dialin number, as freenet only allows access from one specified number. You can do this in the Customer Care area.
