I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions
and Acceptable Use Policy as described on the Legal
Stuff section of this website. I now wish to proceed to the sign up section.
 
If
you experience problems accessing the signup page this may be due to one
of the following.
Problem: I've filled out the form but it keeps coming back with the
message No Data after I click submit.
Solution: You are probably using and older web browser such as
IE3.0 or Netscape 2.0. Please upgrade your web browser to a recent version
before signing up with freenet.
Problem: you are behind a firewall that does not allow you access
to port 443. You cannot access the signup page.
Solution: You will need to signup from your home PC as your
firewall admin may not be keen to allow you to sign up for freenet in
company time.
Problem: My browser says the page has timed out.
Solution: You may have an old copy of this page in your cache or
your ISP's cache. Please click the Refresh or Reload button on your web
browser. Then try clicking on the link again.
